I'm a certified personal trainer based in Regensdorf, specializing in strength training for women. I work with clients through every phase of life — from pregnancy and postpartum to menopause and beyond.

My approach is grounded in real experience. After a complex pregnancy, a C-section, and three years of diastasis recti, I rebuilt my own strength through consistent, intelligent strength training. That journey shaped how I train every woman who works with me.
